近１０年灸法病谱与适宜病症的文献计量研究

目的：分析近10年单独应用灸法治疗病症的临床研究论文，探讨灸法病谱及适宜病症。方法：检索国家知识基础设施数据库（CNKI）、中文科技期刊数据库（CCD）、中国学术期刊数据库（CSPD）、中国生物医学文献数据库（SinoMed）、PubMedWebofScienceCochraneLibrary年10月1日至年10月31日收录的单独应用灸法治疗病症的临床研究论文，建立信息数据库，对其进行整理、归纳、分析、总结，得到灸法病谱及适宜病症。结果：共纳入论文篇。近10年灸法的临床应用涉及骨科、消化科、妇产科、免疫科等19个临床类别，共包含种病症。骨科论文数量和病症种类最多，其次是消化科、妇产科。经筛选获得灸法适宜病症28种，其中一级适宜病症9种。共有篇论文明确使用了艾灸的灸治方法，18篇论文使用了非艾灸的灸治方法。其中艾条灸使用频率最高。结论：近10年单独应用灸法治疗的病症有种，骨科病症种类最多，以骨科和免疫科的一级适宜病症种类居多；施灸方法以艾条灸应用最多。后续应采用多学科交叉的技术与方法，深入开展灸材、灸温、灸量的标准化研究，规范灸法的临床应用。

Abstract
Objective:Toanalyzetheclinicalpapersonthetreatmentofmoxibustionintherecent10yearsanddiscusstherelevantdiseasespectrumandindications.Methods:CNKI,CCD,CSPD,SinoMed,PubMed,WebofScience,andCochraneLibraryweresearchedfortheclinicalpapersonmoxibustionfromOctober1st,toOctober31st,,fortheestablishmentofaninformationdatabase.Aftercollation,sorting,analysis,andsummary,thediseasespectrumofmoxibustionandindicationsfortreatmentwereobtained.Results:Atotalofpaperswereincluded.Theclinicalapplicationofmoxibustioninthepastdecadecovered19clinicalcategories,includingorthopedics,gastroenterology,obstetrics,gynecology,andimmunology,withdiseasesinvolved.Orthopedicshadthelargestnumberofpapersanddiseasesunderinvestigation,followedbygastroenterology,obstetrics,andgynecology.Afterscreening,28typesofindicationsofmoxibustionwereobtained,involvingninefirst-levelones.Atotalofpapersexplicitlyclarifiedtheuseofmoxibustiontotreatthediseases,while18papersusednon-moxibustiontherapies.Moxibustionwithmoxastickswasthemostfrequentlyused.Conclusion:Asrevealedbyresults,typesofdiseasesweretreatedbymoxibustionaloneinthepastdecade,andthenumberoforthopedicdiseaseswasthelargest.Thefirst-levelindicationswereabundantinorthopedicsandimmunology.Moxibustionwithmoxastickswasthemostwidelyused.Inthefollow-upresearch,multi-disciplinarytechniquesandmethodsshouldbeadoptedtocarryoutin-depthstandardizedstudiesonmoxibustionmaterials,moxibustiontemperature,andmoxibustionquantitytostandardizetheclinicalapplicationofmoxibustion.
