The total planned investment of the "new functional membrane special equipment production base project" is 250million yuan, of which the construction investment is 210million yuan. After the project is implemented, the annual operating income can be increased by 330million yuan, the annual net profit can be increased by 62.27 million yuan, and the after tax investment profit rate is 24.97%
